TM3 Inc. (TM3) is a full service electrical contractor and was incorporated on October 17, 2013 by Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. (Trade-Mark). TM3 offers many years of technical knowledge and experience due to its highly qualified management and tradespeople. It is the goal of TM3 and Trade-Mark’s shared management group to grow TM3 into an industry leader.

As a full service electrical contractor, TM3 specializes in both construction and maintenance work:
- Traffic signals, traffic management systems, street lighting, parking lot lighting, LED & solar installation, and substations.
- TM3 is signatory and in good standing with the IBEW and employs only experienced and properly certified tradespeople for its sites.
- To complement its workforce, TM3 has an ample supply of good, safe and well-maintained equipment which enhances the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and allows for competitive pricing.
To date, TM3 has heavily invested in equipment:
- From large motor vehicles such as bucket trucks, dump trucks, digger derricks, attenuator trucks, and pick-up trucks to excavators and skid steers, right down to all necessary small tools required to perform any electrical, traffic, and/or lighting service.
- In addition, TM3 has access to Trade-Mark’s equipment inventory, which includes multi-trade construction equipment and tools.
- TM3 is fully insured, bonded, and compliant with WSIB, IBEW, ESA, and IHSA.
